Evan J. Renov is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Arieli Group. He is also a Partner at Beechwood Ventures, a New York-based Single Family Office.
Evan serves as a member of the board of directors at Elron Ventures and Rafael Development Corporation (RDC). Evan also serves as a member or observer on the boards of multiple companies, including Powerful Medical, Velvet AI, Moonbow Ventures, ShareNett, Diamante and Wander.
Evan holds a B.Sc. in Finance from Yeshiva University (cum laude), where he served as President of the Sy Syms School of Business, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University and the Kellogg School of Management.
Eric is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arieli Group. Following his experience as a serial entrepreneur in the US, Eric has led investments in tech companies, academic commercialization, and innovation platforms.
Eric has decades of experience working with local and global communities to grow tech hubs, innovation centers, and accelerators.
Eric sits on the board of multiple companies including Elron Ventures, Rafael Development Corporation (RDC), Velvet AI, Maya Fertility, and Frontier RNG. He has an LLB (law degree) from Sheffield University in England.
Lisya Bahar Manoah is a Managing Partner at Arieli Group. She serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Elron Ventures and is a board member of Rafael Development Corporation (RDC). Additionally, Lisya lectures in the Global MBA Program at Tel Aviv University.
With extensive experience in managing VC funds, Lisya has invested in companies ranging from early-stage startups to Nasdaq-listed firms across various industries.
Before joining Arieli, Lisya held executive positions at global corporations, including Catalyst Investments, Keter Group (BC Partners), ADAMA, and BMW/Magna Steyr.
She holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University, an MSc in Mechanical-Industrial Engineering from Vienna University of Technology, and an Executive degree from Harvard Business School.
Or Haviv is a Partner and Head of Innovation at Arieli Group. As head of Arieli Innovate, Or works with leading banks, industry brands, governments, and academia to commercialize scientific breakthroughs and advance innovation.
Or is responsible for building cutting-edge innovation centers and ecosystems in Israel, the US, Europe, and China in verticals such as agriculture, ocean tech, desert tech, climate tech, biotech, travel, AI, and more.
Or is a decorated IDF Commander with a BA in Electronic Business Management from the Dominican University of California and an MA in Conflict Management and Resolution from Ben Gurion University in Israel.
Eyal is a transformational leader from the IT industry with a diverse background working with enterprise companies and startups.
The Ministry of Finance chose Eyal to spearhead the transformation of the banking sector by establishing the banking service bureau in order to increase Israel’s competitiveness in the global economy.
Prior to Arieli, Eyal served as the CEO of TCS Israel (TATA Consultancy Services) and co-founded two startups, one in deep tech and the other in fintech.
Ron is an accomplished medical device executive and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience leading product innovation, M&A, turnarounds, and organizational restructuring. He holds over 30 patents and serves as a board member for several U.S. and Israeli healthcare companies.
Ron has held various technical and managerial positions at companies such as Johnson and Johnson and US Surgical (which later became Covidien).
Ron has expertise in U.S. and international healthcare markets, with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and reimbursement trends. He has founded a number of start-ups and has led medical imaging and medical device companies, some of which he sold.
Peter brings over 20 years of experience in investments, business operations, strategy, finance, law, real estate, commodities, and management consulting.
As part of the executive team at Arieli, he manages the firm’s legal affairs, including responsibility for legal compliance, corporate structuring, contract negotiation as well as strategic business development.
Peter holds a JD from the New York Law School and a BA from Stony Brook University.
Yariv Erez leads AgroClimate at Arieli Group and also serves as the CEO of Frontier Agro Climate Israel. With his background in the commercialization of agritech, Yariv mentors entrepreneurs in project lifecycle management, from business planning to market research and implementation.
His technical expertise spans crop cultivation, agricultural program coordination, and staying abreast of market fluctuations. Yariv’s prior executive roles include the Head of North American Operations at Saturas, CEO of Kidskit, and CEO of Azrom USA LTD.
Yariv holds a BA in Business Management and Human Resources from Ruppin Academic Center and is certified by Israel’s Ministry of Justice as a Conflict Resolution Mediator.
Yehuda brings extensive public sector experience to his work at Arieli Group that includes managing complex projects, public speaking, media relations, and advancing impactful initiatives.
Prior to Arieli, Yehuda served as an Advisor to Israel’s Minister of Communications, led the Projects Division of a prominent political party, and was the Public Relations Manager for one of Israel’s Regional Councils. Yehuda offers advisory support to Israel’s public sector and lends his expertise to portfolio companies based on his experience leading national projects, directing high-profile campaigns, and spearheading innovative policy initiatives. Yehuda holds a BA in Politics and Communication from Hadassah Academic College.
Nataf is the Head of Marketing at Arieli Group. She oversees branding, social media, and marketing in order to strategically position the company for partnership and growth.
Nataf has a background in graphic design, having previously led the graphic department at the Nirlat LTD factory in Nir Oz. She also worked as the Growth Marketing & Partnership Manager at a seed-stage startup. Nataf holds a degree in Technology Marketing from Sapir Academic College.
Michael is a consultant to start-ups and advises them on developing business models, GTM and fundraising strategies. Michael uses his expertise and network to connect promising start-ups with corporate partners, advisors, and investors around the globe.
Prior to Arieli, Michael led business development and managed strategic partnerships at Sarona Partner’s SigmaLabs and 365x Scale Up programs and Reichman University’s Momentum accelerator program. He has a BA in Business Management from Reichman University with a concentration in product management and digital innovation.
Limor focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, team management, and administrative effectiveness at Arieli Group. Prior to Arieli, she worked in the pharma and financial industries at firms including Lundbeck, Ferring Pharmaceuticals and RM Global Partners. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Tel Aviv University.
Nurit brings extensive experience managing collaborations between academic institutions, hospitals, and industry leaders across Israel, the US, and Europe. Nurit co-founded and directs the SHAAR Healthcare Innovation Hub, where she leads investment and operational strategy for portfolio companies.
Previously, Nurit led the Haifa Innovation Labs at the University of Haifa, establishing the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and managing programs including the HIL Fund Accelerator. Nurit is a Ph.D. candidate in Social Work at the University of Haifa, focusing on social mobility and impact models.
She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Haifa and has participated in executive education programs with Wharton’s Impact Investing Network & Training (MIINT) and the Hoffman Kofman Foundation’s Leadership Program.
With over a decade of experience in leadership roles at organizations including Techstars, GorillaLink, and Yazamiyot – Women Entrepreneurs, Sapir specializes in scaling ventures, fostering innovation, and driving entrepreneurial growth.
As Investor Relations lead at Arieli Group, she bridges the gap between the company and the financial community, integrating finance, communication, marketing, and compliance to ensure clear, strategic communication that supports company growth and strengthens investor relationships.
Hillel brings to Arieli extensive experience in leading national political campaigns, managing large-scale projects, and overseeing complex nationwide operations.
In his previous roles, he developed effective methodologies for optimizing business processes and fostering strategic collaborations to drive organizational growth.
Hillel holds a Master of Laws (LLB) from Tel Aviv University, where he earned Dean’s List honors, specializing in corporate law and capital markets.
Ella is a versatile program and project manager with experience in innovation, marketing, and operations.
Her background includes leading digital marketing initiatives, developing creative campaigns, and crafting training programs tailored to achieve organizational goals.
Avigail has experience in both the startup ecosystem and innovation. Before joining Arieli, she was CEO of Reichman University’s Momentum accelerator, where she supported early-stage startups and connected entrepreneurs with resources and investors.
She also founded a tech venture backed by the Technion and Reichman University accelerators and provided innovation consulting to companies like Schestowitz Ltd., focusing on bridging corporate needs with entrepreneurial solutions. Avigail holds a BA in Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Data Science from Reichman University.
Elite Ozer is a skilled program manager with a focus on international accelerators and global partnerships. She manages Arieli Innovate’s innovation programs, including Start HealthTech and Frontier which connect Israeli startups with global markets, facilitate business development and launch pilot projects.
Previously, Elite led Momentum, Reichman University’s flagship accelerator, where she guided startups to achieve MVPs and secure investments. She also has experience in data analysis, business development, and independent entrepreneurship. Elite holds a dual degree in Economics and Data Science from Reichman University and is pursuing an MA in Financial Economics.
